The visionary behind Nandu Bike is András Molnár—an innovative engineer, architect, and devoted father—who seamlessly blends design, functionality, and family life into his creations. Drawing on his deep understanding of form, space, and human needs, he designed HUG, a compact and versatile cargo bike.”

His approach is rooted in practicality, creativity, and a love for shared experiences on two wheels. Every project reflects his commitment to thoughtful design that serves real people, encourages sustainable mobility, and strengthens family connections.

Double Stam Concept

The journey began with a bold idea: what if we could rethink the structure of a cargo bike to improve handling, stability, and ease of use? Our first prototype focused on the double stam concept. We have reduced the total length of the bike, expanded the cargo space, and minimized the turning radius – all of which greatly enhance maneuverability.

What’s Next?

After a successful exhibition at the International Cargo Bike Festival in Utrecht, we continued to refine the design and are excited to showcase this revolutionary product again.
